Hello Steve.
Welcome in the group. I agree with all the comments of Arfan he send by mail March 12th.
Thank you for your image and all the description of the treatment.
I have been 3 times to San Antonio last century (even last millennium), but unfortunately at this time I have not interest for pictures yet.
I have certainly seen that but no picture...
I really like this picture: subject, format, light... and the door opened makes it a strong picture. Well done. |

Thanks to all for your comments.
I just noticed I forgot to put the original picture. Sorry. |

Impressed by the image and the accurate analysis of Arfan.
At first sight (before reading the other comments), my comment was "I would like to have more space in the sky". It would have been more classical or less original?
The position of the boat like in "starting blocks", gives all the sense of the picture?
Your titel should be Tide, isn't it. |

After having read the comments of Davis, I agree with him and with the attraction of that.
However I like the image, and specially for the curvature of the main leaf. It is very soft and guide the sight to center.
No problem for me for the space on the left as the tail of the leaf is thin and it is in good balance with the space on the right. |

I would begin as Jerry with: Beautiful abstract.
We can imagine a lot of subjects when looking this image.
Is there enough contrast?
This is a new reminder that we must always have a camera with us... |
