Jerry,
First question when seeing the image BEFORE reading the comments. How did he take this picture. "How", to learn to try to take such a picture.
Answer: iphonography. First time a read this word...
Transparency of the movement is just great.
Idem for the convergence of the different lines.
May I show it at my camera club and explain the "how"? Nobody has an Iphone 8, neither I. Thanks. |

Paul,
Clouds, dust, lines, agriculture, big area and B&W, a lot of ingredients to have a beautiful (for me) image.
The second (in the back) combine harvester brings a lot (depth, lines, dust, ...) at the picture.
Beautiful "shades of gray" and dark. |

Lois,
The upper part of the sky is (on a positive way) uncanny. This part is almost waves on the see. It is almost divided in two parts, which avoid a too great uniformity of the sky.
The triangle formed by the sky, the house and the rock is marvelous.
The density and contrast of the rocks and tree reinforce the attraction of the image.
Thanks. |

Don,
First (immediate) comment when I saw the image: sharpness. Very nice and beautiful.
Even with the quantity of the vegetables, their layout give the impression of a puzzle of only some pieces which avoids the image to be "surcharged", I like it.
Contrast and density are perfect. |

Arfan,
Light, shadow (the title...), density and contrast. Everything to have a great image, as you have.
We have two independent subjects. I like the "cut" bicycles, who go in the same direction of the cart (and direction of the light), but without any interest to it. |

Hello David,
I like very much this panoramas (trees, snow, light, shadow, ...) and the sharpness of the trees. Thanks to share it.
The front plan is quite "empty", that allows to have the snow and the shadow of the trees, but we see them less. This is (a) your choice.
Without weeds, the impression of distance of the trees would be longer. |

Hello David & Jerry,
Thanks for your comments.
Unfortunately, I didn't crop the image, so I can't have more cows on it. Indeed, there is not enough space in the direction of walking.
I agree with you analysis.
