Great subject matter and use of bokeh to highlight the main character. The shadows do a good job helping define the space. |

I think this image has an almost cubism feel to it - the creation of the shadows gives you a different view of the structure of the fence that you would see if you were 90 degrees away, but you see both view simultaneously. I love photos that make me think, "damn I wish I was there right now". Assuming that it was warm! |

The mist gives the light a 3D effect which I think is the most important aspect of the image. Since this was taken at night I am surprised that the jogger isn't a bit blurry. I guess the exposure could have been determined off the bright light which could keep the shutter speed from being too slow. Great composition and, unless you knew the jogger, I would imagine they would have been a bit concerned about what you were doing. |

Very nice macro work. Since my waterlilies are only open in the sun, I am curious how you took this shot. The light and shadows make the lily very mysterious and the result is that I can see the structure of a waterlily in a totally new way. Good job. |

I love this photo. Great capture of lines and curves and just the right amount of abstraction. The only suggestion I would make, and I don't really know if it would help, is to slightly crop the top and bottom so that both the reflection and the walkway(?) would have no beginning or end. I'm glad you didn't turn it into a B&W image because the reddish brown color of the walkway helps separate it from the shadows. |

My first impression is that tree, shadows, the actual limbs and the point of intersection, form a hemisphere that draws me to the benches. Since the area behind and to the left of the benches is so interesting, it makes me wonder view the benches are arranged for. Great use of B&W and a super composition. |
