I appreciate the problem of capturing an image in a crowded public place. It can involve lots of waiting for the right moment. The whole image is full of leading lines that include arch ways and beams and stones all leading to some individual in the distance. The richness of the color is very nice. |

I like the way the leading lines continue beyond the concrete embankment structure and lead into the line of the horizon. It creates a nice frame for the river. The snow is icing on the cake so to speak. |

I used to live less than a mile from the Chicago Botanic garden, so this image brought back old memories. A very interesting use of an insect as a leading line to point to the center of the plant. I must steal this idea! |

I like the use of the leading lines to carry your view far to the left and then you really can't tell whether the structure ends or curves around a corner and continues. |

To me the leading "lines" in the image are created by the three set backs of the facade that lead the viewer down a set of stairs on both sides of the reflection of the reflected building across the street. I like the fact that the reflection was highlighted and a little out of kilter with the strong lines of the columned building. |

Lots of leading lines with the alley, row of trees and fences ending at someone's window. I might have thrown something in the middle of the alley, like a glove, to give it a little more interest. |
