I like that you converted your photo to a pencil drawing and then gave it some depth by applying the yellow filter. I think this helps focus on the house itself rather than the season when you shot it or the competing colors of the vegetation. I think this is a very good example of using photography to present an historically interesting building. |

Its funny but this photo reminded me that I need to learn how to properly tie a rope knot for my boat. After a year, I'm still making my wife tie the boat because I never think about practicing until I'm at the water. I love the color of the rope and the fact that you focussed on the knot - am overlooked important item that keeps your boat from floating away. |

Nice sharp, YELLOW, flower. I'm actually surprised that the flower is so sharp from to back with an f-stop of 1.9. the bokeh of the bush behind it is great in terms of isolating the flower. An image like this always makes me wonder how evolution led to five fold symmetry in the flower rather than 6 fold or 4 fold. |

great use of the staircase side to focus in on the color yellow. |

Now that sure fulfills the spirit of the theme. That photo is nothing but yellow with shaped being differentiated by variations of luminance. Good job. |
