It would be relatively easy in photoshop to blend a cloud into the blown out area. Terrific capture. |

Either vertical or horizontal work but agree to have less trees on the right, in particular. I would make a square! |

I also like this photo--the composition is terrific. I might darken the grasses on the right bottom and the distance in the top left a little to focus the viewer on the "action". |

Theresa I'm not sure about the blue but it looks to be a white balance issue since there is the same hue of blue on the snow/water on the left . The other possibility was that your were shooting with a blue light. In any event try warming the white balance either locally or globally. |
