This is well done and agree with others comments. Parenthetically, I prefer the color version anti seems to be more "alive". |

Agree with others that this image is well done. Since the skater is the focal point and since everyone knows the context, I might blur the background (particularly near the text) to make him really stand out. Might increase the contrast a little or something to create true white and black points. |

I like this image a lot and particularly its softness. I might have lightened the sky a little bit (or maybe even darkened it a little bit since much of the image lies in the middle of the gray zone. Well seen. |

This image does work well in BW. For my taste, I think there's too much clarity or sharpness and I might have opened up the whites of the snow a little more. |

Paul--this is a well composed, technically well executed image. What I think it lacks is a stronger story--why did this particular place at the particular time capture your interest? Why do you want it to capture ours? |
