Love the lighting on the monk's face body and the glow of the objects in the foreground. The contrast of the monk's red robe against the dark background is very striking--and you've captured what appears to be a serene/contemplative moment. I don't have any suggestions for improvement. |

Very nice! I think I prefer your cropped image, though. After looking at the original a bit, my eyes keep being drawn toward the bottom center of the image, where there is simply the brownish background in the foliage. I'm not sure why my focus is drawn to that--but cropping the image fixes it. Definitely has a nice feeling of a warm fall day to it! |

Wow! Gorgeous shot. I love the interaction between the horizontal striping of the shadows on the floor with the vertical pillars and the checkerboard-ish tiles in the upper center. I kind of like the person in the background--it seems to add to the dimension for me, as well as a bit of mystique--as if the woman in the foreground is being followed. But removing that person would work well also. Really beautiful. |

Nicely done! I like the sprinkling of orange (pollen?) on the leaves, and the yellowing in some of the flowers--that helps carry the color throughout the image without a severe orange/green separation. And the pollen adds a "magical" element to it. Experimenting with cropping might give you more variations--but I like it as is as well. |

A very intriguing shot! It keeps my attention as I try and figure out the relationship with the cloth and the debris it's resting on... keep wondering if there's a body in there somewhere! |

Thanks all for the suggestions!
The metadata for each image in LS reports the f/0.0--so it's perhaps an artifact of LS with that particular lens?
I'll keep experimenting with this--it's fun practice!
Thanks again,
