The tree branches, fence, and walkway make a very strong pathway with a graphic feel. I like that you chose to photograph the woman and child off the path rather than on it as would usually be the presentation. I also like how well you've handled the light and shadows. Overall, I think this is a very good photograph. |

I'll just agree with the others, Mike. This is a great photo all round and I have no suggestions for improvement. |

Welcome to the group, Ryan! I agree that this is a great way to start.
For me, the drop-off in sharpness and texture gives the photo more depth and works quite well. The fog adds to the effect.
I think my favorite part of this imaqe is the color and how you've brought the color of fog forward into the foreground highlights. It's a great color grade that works greeat in this image.
My only suggestion (and it's tiny?) would be to darken the highlights in the bottom right corner to keep the viewer's eye more centered. |

First, congratulations on the new camera and lens. I'm sure you'll love it.
I'll just agree with everyone else, except that I like the colors the way they are.
I zoomed in to see the stone chimney because it caught my eye but would not call it a distraction.
My only suggestion that hasn't already been made would be to try adding a little more contrast to the clouds. |

Great job using PhotoPills to time your shot. I agree with Mike about the composition. The colors appear natural and vibrant to me and you handled the highlights realy well.
I have no suggestions for improvement. |
