Nice image. I'm glad you didn't convert it to monochrome because, in this case, I think the little bit of color in the background really compliments the subject. I also like that you captured the eye of the grackle and the eye of the statue on roughly the same plane.

One picky little suggestion - you might consider cloning out the trickle of bird doo trailing away from the bird's left foot.		 May 10th
71 May 23 Comment I love the gentle curve of the supports. For me, the building gives the image a "landing point".

I'll agree with all the nice things that have already been said. My only suggestion would be to try to bring the hue of the sky closer to the blue of the lights under the bridge and that's being very picky.		 May 10th

71 May 23 Comment I like the new crop. The only other thing I see that you may consider changing is the very bright white square near the left edge of the frame. (I found cloning it out worked better than dimming it down, but that may not be true for you.)
