Rabbits are a difficult subject, partly because they lend in so well. I like the motion and think you did a good job on this one. |

That part of the image was lighter and one of the critiques the image received suggested darkening it so that the out-of-focus vegetation wasn't so obvious. So - I may just take it back to where it was. Thanks for the comment! |

I like this image. It has great depth of field and a cool, autumnal feel.
As it is, the saturation and lighting keep my eyes mainly on the foreground although the title leads me to believe that the real subject is the bog itself in the middle of the frame. Cropping in a bit more from both sides and the bottom and darkening the foreground just a hair puts more emphasis on the bog and bridge. It's just a slightly different take. |

Welcome, Nigel!
Overall, I think you accomplished your purpose and did very well with a relatively complex situation. I spent some time enjoying the details of what everyone was doing.
There are some very minor tweaks I can suggest, starting with cropping just a tad more off the left to eliminate the very thin line in the lower left corner. You could also eliminate or darken down the tiny highlights on the left and the one on the poster. To me, the very bright light below the cable car and its reflection draw my attention to the cable car, so I would leave those or lower the exposure just a little bit.
I look forward to seeing more of your images. |
