71 May 21 Comment Good job on the video! My only issue with the image is that it looks more like after dawn than before dawn, but darkening it down would not fit in with the rest of the video. May 21st
71 May 21 Comment You caught the cute moment with the heron in good detail (including a crystal sharp eye) and the background blurry - great job! I'm with Paul on finding the dark green stalks a little distracting, but I also understand that you can't modify them to enter the image in the Nature division.

I also want to commend you for capturing an image of a heron without a bunch of battle scars.		 May 21st

71 May 21 Comment Mike is right - this image looks like it could have been cut out of an old magazine. I also agree that it's fine as it is. If you want to try a different edit, you might try using a basic snap radial filter on the barn and just slightly darkening down the rest of the image. You could also try different crops and flip the image around to see if there are areas that need to be lighter or darker. May 21st
