71 Feb 20 Comment Nice architectural image - soft light, symmetry, lots of detail. The second attempt at straightening does seem to be an improvement, bit I think it's fine either way. I'll second Marla's "Good job." Feb 26th
71 Feb 20 Comment I would not have known that the horse wasn't actually there if you hadn't said so and I think it's a very good addition to the scene. The only suggestion I might have would be to take a look at the tiny smudge in the yellow area behind the horse's left front leg. Great job! Feb 26th

71 Feb 20 Comment Not seeing the top of the falls doesn't bother me, although you might consider going for a vertical panorama so that you can have the full falls and the rapids. On the other hand, cropping the top 20% or so really brings the focus onto the rapids and makes enough of the falls to anchor the back of the image. I love the textures and colors and think you nailed it on the shutter speed. Feb 26th
71 Feb 20 Comment The way the colors reflect from the water onto the shore is beautiful and makes for a lovely image. I also really like the way you've placed the river as a leading line.

The only purple that I would consider toning down is the one cloud just above the trees in the far back. The white bark on the front left keep drawing my eye so I would consider muting it just a hair.

I love this image - the colors, the textures, and the layers. A wonderful way to start the new decade!		 Feb 26th
71 Feb 20 Comment Thank you all for your comments. I will go back and do some more work on this image. Some of the beach debris will probably remain because that's part of the "after the storm" feel that was intended. I also like Marla's additional clarity. Feb 26th
