Thanks, Trinda. Actually, some of the top, the bottom, and both sides has been cropped. |

I'm no good whatsoever with PS and, believe it or not, this started out as landscape. Of all the crops that I tried, I liked this best. However, I will go back and try it again. |

You could easily title this image "March of the Seasons" as the trees seem to be marching from autumn to winter. I agree with Nancie and Marla (again) that this is one you should definitely hang. Beautiful job! |

This image reminds me of an impressionist painting and is definitely unique. I think there is nice detail and texture in the driftwood and tree in the foreground. The treatment of the background brings the focus to the front and focuses my eye on the subject, whereas a more traditional approach might make the image seem a bit unbalanced.
Congratulations on getting an image that you love and that is definitely memorable! |

I really like the way the sun is highlighting the sheep. The soft brush of light on the sheep farthest from the camera brings out the depth of the herd and the image. This is a wonderful autumn image beautifully captured and, like Marla and Nancie, I love it just as it is. |

Underwater landscapes is a pretty unique genre! Almost all the underwater photography you see is intended to show a specific action or life-form. I would love to see more landscape type images that show a broader area.
This image in particular clearly shows how quickly the light drops off and the wonderful diversity of colors to be found underwater. It also demonstrates how light filters through the surface.
Love the idea! |

This image makes me a little homesick, although you'd be hard put to find this much reasonably flat land that isn't being farmed in eastern Kentucky.
This is a nice composition with the hills in the background balancing the larger trees in the foreground. I agree with Marla about the focus unless that was an intentional choice for the vintage feel for which you were going. |

This is a very special moment between seasons. to me, the slopes, as well as the line of golden trees, act as leading lines up to the beautiful clouds. The green of the trees in the middle are just a smidge darker than I would prefer simply because the middle of the image is so much darker than the top and bottom.
