Thank you!
Creative, no. I took a class. Just following instructions, LOL. I would never have thought of this on my own, unfortunately. |

Thank you !
You can shoot through the plastic if it's light or clear, as long as there's no writing on it. You can also turn it around and shoot from the rear. Then when it loosens up a little you can remove it from the container, and shoot through it directly. You have to work fast. It can be quite challenging ! |

Really adorable. I think I'd like it better if it didn't look like an intentional set up. Maybe something showing that this really could have happened in the kitchen. I like the flowers. I love the piled up flour and the kitten having flour all over her. Very cute. |

I think the colors are great, and I agree that both trees would have been nice if not cropped at the right.
Thinking of the Rule of Thirds, it would be nice for you to plop a boat somewhere toward the left to add something to look at -- but they aren't always where we want them to be, are they? I like the panorama look to the image, also. |

Very cute image, well composed, great colors. I do like the bottom cropped off a bit. I've never seen a Mandarin Duck, thank you for sharing this with us !! |

I think it's a really interesting location but the way the water is sloping downwards to the left throws me off. It's like the horizon is wrong. I took it into PS and changed the angle, then lightened it and added a little contrast. I like it better that way. What do you think? |

Interesting effect, but I'm not sure what to make of it, either. What do you want us to focus on? How do you want us to feel about it? Not sure. |

HI Mark, I feel the same way Doug does, that I think the effect you used was a bit overdone. I would prefer something less dramatic; or even do something to the whole image, not just the background. I think it's too bad we can't see anyone's face, just their backs, but it is an interesting image of Williamsburg. You titled it "Crossing Paths" but I'm not clear about that. Did you mean the wagon and animals were crossing paths with the people coming in their direction? If so, those people shouldn't be out of focus in your altered image. So I'm wondering how you wanted your "paintback" procedure to impact the viewer. |

Thank you, Diana. This was recent and I had about one hour of sunshine and I had to work fast! |
