Well we were on an observation deck 20 feet above the egret so we used the railings to stabilize our shots, and shot fast !
It's amazing how fast that frog went down his throat, in a big lump. Thank you !
I wish I could blur the background but I think it would really be tricky. I'll give it a try. |

I think it's a sweet image. I'd love to see it without the Topaz impression painterly effect - just the dog with the grass blended in. The green thing in the foreground is distracting; is it a ball? I'd make it clearer or eliminate it. Or put some other doggie toy there. |

I think your colors are nice, especially the flowers. I wish the bee was a bit sharper, especially its eyes. The wings are beautiful. You don't say what length your lens was when you shot the image. It's nice that the background is out of focus.

Given that you titled the image "Sunset in Mexico", I don't find myself engaged in the sunset much at all, even though the colors are pretty. I keep looking at the structure and the stuff in front of the structure that really isn't identifiable. I'd either lighten that part of the image or darken it even more so it doesn't distract. Too bad just of bit of the sun isn't showing. This is really more of a Post-sunset image, in my mind's eye. |

I like the textures and soft look of the image. I wonder how it would look if you increased the contrast and texture even more?
But I like what you did to it ! |

I like the colors, they look like dripping rust that changed color. Nice composition and exposure. I think you could crop a little off the bottom; the most interesting part is the bolts and iridescence oozing down. Nice ! |
