10 Nov 21 Comment I've looked at your image over and over and even played around with it a bit in Photoshop. I'm not sure what's missing for me, it might be that it appears a bit dull - yes I imagine that's because the day was overcast. But you could probably still brighten it up a bit and add some contrast.
As far as how it's cropped, I don't think that's the issue here, I think it's where you were standing that might have had less water (on the left 1/3 lower area) which doesn't add anything to the image. I like the reflections. Don't know if this helps !!		 Nov 13th
10 Nov 21 Comment Hi Diana, I think the image is overly processed. I'm looking at all the things you did to it, and I agree with Lance that it seems to lack focus -- I wish we could see the original image. Not sure what Look-Cuddly Critter is -- a filter?
I like the background, it's not distracting, but again I agree with Lance's comments.		 Nov 13th
10 Nov 21 Comment Yes, I agree with Lori, I think I would have removed the man. He's distracting and so is the blue sign. I might have cropped a bit off the blue sky, and added contrast to the mountains, and straighten the horizon. Keep working on it and re-submit, that would be fun. The clouds are great and the mountains are lovely.
I played around with it a bit - took out the man and the sign, cropped top and bottom, added contrast and made a layer mask to deepen the clouds and this is what I came up with. Just for fun. Don't know if you'll like it. Might even be better by taking out all the blue sky ?		 Nov 13th
10 Nov 21 Comment I think some clouds (not too many) would have made the image more interesting but I also would have saturated it just a bit.
