10 Jun 20 Comment I looked at your comments here. Lori, when you crop in that much, you get digital noise. I imagine you know that !
So I bought Topaz Denoise AI. It is fantastic and takes out so much of that noise. Although this particular image, I think, doesn't have that much noise. Also you could try sharpening it in Photoshop. Go to Filters, then Sharpen, then Unsharp Mask. Play around with the sliders and see if you can sharpen the image.
But, honestly, I liked it the way you presented it here.

10 Jun 20 Comment I imagine this was gorgeous when you saw it in person. The floating things on the water are lovely. What I would like to see changed in this image is -- you can't tell where the picture ends because it blends into the black. I wonder if you could put a teensy-weensy border around it, just enough to tell us where the edge of the image is? Also, I agree with Lori, I think the Ferris Wheel and also the three lights at the back are distracting, can you darken them in Photoshop or Lightroom? That would help. I'd also love to see the image from a different vantage point, there's so much there to see! Jun 20th
10 Jun 20 Comment I think it's really lovely. It looks "soft" to me, maybe that was intentional on your part, but that gives it a dreamy effect. If you wanted it sharp, I would have used a higher shutter speed. But I like it a lot !! Brand new camera, how nice for you! Jun 10th
10 Jun 20 Comment Well, I know people love the lensbaby. I'm not crazy about it. But I'm curious because I thought the macro filter was so you could get closer to your image, but then the lensbaby will make it a bit out of focus. Am I off here? So I don't understand. I don't think the buds were very pretty; I would have chosen a different subject. You have a lot of empty space here. Also the background doesn't do much for the buds. Maybe a similar color of pink, or a complimentary color would have worked better.
But I imagine you had fun doing it, that's what counts. 		Jun 10th
10 Jun 20 Comment HI Rich, I know this is a cell phone pic and it has some nice color in it. My eyes keep going to the two girls who are walking in front of the railing, and it's distracting. I'm sure you were limited on what you could do with it. But I would have taken another shot after the girls were out of the picture. I've never been to Mexico, hope you had fun. I love margaritas !
