10 Dec 18 Reply That's right, now I remember. I miss the first snowfall of the winter -- and my 16 year old Granddaughter has no memory of seeing snow fall ~ must take her to the mountains next time we have a storm here !

I love the textures and colors on your bells. I'm wondering if you really need so much on the left side of the image -- I don't think it adds value or is interesting -- what you want people to appreciate in this image is the bells. I put your image in Photoshop, added a curves layer and brought down the exposure a bit, and added some saturation. Then I cropped it. Here's what I got, see if you think it's better (or not, your choice !!) Thank you for participating from afar !

10 Dec 18 Reply Thank you, David, I tried to lighten the hair but it just didn't go well. I put a layer mask on in PS but it started to look Blue so I removed it. Any other methods I should try?
I appreciate any tips on how to do that.

I'm wondering if it had been taken at a higher F-stop if it would have had better focus, in front, but that sky is beautiful !

10 Dec 18 Comment I think this is really lovely ! The exposure is great, the shadows give great depth to the image, nothing distracting anywhere. The Gazebo above is in the perfect spot.
