Good tips Alan thank you. I do have PS so maybe I'll start there and see how it goes and try HF later if needed. Thanks again. :)

Thanks Alan and Fred, these are very good suggestions, and definitely an improvement, especially the use of the content aware tool. Also I hadn't noticed the grass or whatever it is sticking up on the left so I'll take that out too. |

I like this image. I think the background is fine and if the moth is not perfectly sharp it's not too bad in my opinion. I've taken shots of moths like this, it's not easy. They haven't learned to stay still while posing! Alan is right of course in his point about shutter speed, I've used 2000th of a second or faster in the past but clearly that requires higher ISO and wider aperture. Still a nice shot though Cora. |

Very nice shot from a great vantage point. I am not sure about the colors in the city. For me there seems to be a purple of magenta haze. Maybe the exposure time was a little too long. I tried to change this in LR. Result attached but I'm not sure if this is an improvement. |

I like Alan's suggested crop and I like the concept of the silhouetted view. For me, the heads in the other two silhouettes seem to lack separation from the horizon. Although it is there, it's hard to see in this dark rendition.
Depending how far you wanted to go, I suppose you could remove the to birds on the left and preserve the sunset view. Then of course it's a different image and maybe
not what you want. |

I like this image. As Fred says nice colors, great exposure. I prefer the original crop and I like that the focus stacking has provided a really sharp image of the whole flower. I'm inspired to try the stacking method myself. I have the same lens and a camera that can make the stack but I need the software and some practice! Nicely done Alan. |

I agree with Fred and Alan's points. It seems the a slow shutter speed was used which caused small movements of the ladies clothing to be captured thus providing blur Also the background seems overexposed. Background blur is good so the f-stop used was good. I think the image might be improved by darkening the background a little. Adobe LR or PS could be used or probably several other software tools. |
