A very colourful sunset Pierre. You have captured it well. Not too sure about the clump of trees. They seems a little central for me. Would have liked to see some sort of animal in the image to add interest. We can't have everything though. Cheers Glenn |

Hi Todd. Congratulations on your new website. A very impressive image you have put up this month. These sandhills must be huge. I like the lines but would have liked a little more contrast. The fence and people in the foreground give the scene perspective but did you consider cropping the bottom and just making the sandhills the main focus? Perhaps you like it as it is. Well captured. The tyre tracks add interest and tell a story. Cheers Glenn |

Hi Lamar. Like your attempt with duotone . The trees seem to be walking up the steps. I like the texture in the steps which leads my eye to the buildings at the top. I agree with Pierre that the top of the steps is a little bright and it would be easy to tone it down. Ones eye tends to go to the brightest areas and I don't think that is your intention here. I can see the ancient Mayans climbing these stairs.Well Done Glenn |

Lucky you Frans, being able to photograph these landscapes in Arizona. I have seen many images taken here and you have done well. The textures and lines in the rocks are outstanding. Well Done. The only distraction I find is the dark overhanging rock. You probably had no control over this. Despite this you have done well and created an impressive image. Cheers Glenn |

Well seen Judy. You have placed the horizon perfectly. All the rules say a third from the top but you have done well here. You have captured the lines leading into the image well. Very nice clouds and sky. Well thought out image. Cheers Glenn |

A beautiful shot.Like how you have the Shrine off centre and have captured a couple of sneaky lights. I have cropped to 16:9 and in doing this have removed a little foliage off the bottom. I also cloned a couple of streaky clouds out of the sky. I also made the Shrine more prominent and added a little pink to the sky. Did all this using Auto Tone, Contrast and Colour in Photoshop. Love your shot. Well Done. Cheers Glenn |
