Actually, my editing is stronger than my photography.
To darken a color is not present in other area , it is easiest to use HSL in Lightroom .

It is in the same color scheme as the image so it feels to be part of the image.

Just wondering whether the colors will stand out more if the multi-colors car is in the middle ?
