69 Jul 19 Reply I do think yes on both counts if it were possible. The background is a bit too close to be blurred by going wider. The bird is too close in color and tone, so darkening the background makes it stand out better. It looks like the edit was global, but I would suggest it be targeted. Jul 14th
69 Jul 19 Comment This was a nesting Little Blue Heron. There were three chicks total, this one very persistent for a feeding. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Reply It was the chick demanding food from the adult. The adult obliged after quite a bit of pestering and being repeatedly stabbed by the youngster. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Reply Yes this was a Nikon Prime. Thank you. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Comment Centered works for an image such as this. Great connection with the camera for greatest impact. The color seems off and a bit too blue though. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Comment I agree the image is a bit bright and like Mervyn's edit on it. It makes the image less busy too. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Comment Beautiful pose and interaction on the two egrets. I would brighten the faces slightly which would help bring out the breeding colors. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Comment Very nicely captured. The background is lovely. Jul 12th
69 Jul 19 Comment It looks like a composition of three plus one, having the one on the angle. Very nice.

69 Jul 19 Comment I like the crop as is, but would clone out the twig in the background. And would clone away the white areas where the leave was chewed to make the hole. Jul 12th
