The wings appear sharp, yet the thorax and head appear soft. The black area of the background captures too much attention. Like others said, cutting off the antenna is problematic. |

The image seems a bit too bright overall is my only concern. It flattens the image a bit. It is hard to get a sharp image on an insect without a macro lens. The eye is very well focused and composed between the flower stamens. |

320mm Nikon D750 Tamron G2 150-600mm, In the thick fog at 6:45 am as the sun was just cutting above the horizon... 1/640 f8 ISO 1600, hand held. That is a cow right behind the bull. The story is this cow was going to get mounted shortly after this shot. He was just giving the call of victory. Seemed fitting she had her rump to the frame since she was receptive to his advances. I have many images from Benezette, some with the bulls bugling alone. I just prefer those from the foggy mornings even more than the sunset shots. Thank you for your comment. |

I do like the grouping of flowers. The top one with the partially cut off petal does draw my eye. It seems you should not have cut of the petal tip. The background also may have been toned down and additionally blurred. |

The top third does appear too saturated. I am viewing on an iPad Pro. The foreground is well done with the sand swirling and keeping the eye moving to the background interest. Nice composition. |
