Thanks Mary Ann, I didn't want to take it out, because it adds to the symmetry to me. I could try to Photoshop one of the other lanterns, but my PS skills aren't that great. |

I have no idea what a Neon Noir edit is! But I like the sound of it!

Thank you! I agree, I would like that lantern to be lit up also, but I tell myself it adds tension to the image, lol. |

Great looking farmstead. Beautiful day, great light. I couldn't tell much difference from your original to the edit, except for the sky is a little bit more blue.
I'm intrigued by the small "dock" coming out from the brush on the water. What is it for? How do you get to it? Do you have to climb thru the brush? |

These fires are so sad and ridiculous. I hope that the rainy season starts soon and helps the firefighters to put them out and get them all under control.
The smoke gives your photo an end-of-days feel, great documentary feel. I'd like to see the horizon and see how smokey that looks.
Is this a jpeg from your video? Or do you shoot your stills in jpeg?

Beautiful landscape/seascape image... I like that I can see the mountains in the far distance. Great clouds and sky and textures in the entire image. The colors are great, but not too saturated.
Are you far enough away from the fire skies? There doesn't seem to be any sign of them here.
Any video of the waves crashing against the shoreline? |

Thanks Don!
It was so colorful, that's what attracted me to the playground. Good even light, and it was overcast that day, so no shadows. I am a fan of the abstract look, the straight down look, a different perspective when using the drone.
I believe that the Spark was about 180 feet high for this full photo. That was a good question. It took me a few tries to find that information. I went to Lightroom first, and then realized the info would be in my DJI Go app. Then in the app, it took a few tries to find the info.
That would be something that Adobe Lightroom could try to incorporate into their metadata, all the info from the drone. But that would be a lot of data!
It would be interesting to crop this into different shapes, and do some kind of college... hmmm. I'll see if I can work something out there. |
