I'm not sure how to edit my idea... not that proficient with blending photos in PS. But I think maybe on another layer you could make the green and yellow trees white and blend it in? not sure if that would work... |

I like your crop LuAnn... I guess I gotta lose the weeds. I do not use auto ISO, and when I am on a tripod, it is usually low. But as I told Randolph right above, I was out shooting stars the night before and probably just forgot to change the settings. |

Great photo, great angle. I would try to edit in LR or PS to get more blue in the sky... also I would ditch the duck and have a tighter crop. |

I have to say, for me, this image is very cluttered. I'm not sure what I want to focus on, the building, the waterfall, the trees in the foreground. I think that I like the black rock wall In the original better than the muted wall. The waterfall stands out better to me. I would make the green trees white, so that they don't stand out and take away from the waterfall, which I think is the focus for me.
I appreciate the POV conversation. Obviously, what we all say in these groups can be taken with a grain of salt. If I agree with what someone says about my photo, I'll try and change it and see how their ideas look. If I don't agree, then maybe I'll still try their ideas, but don't have to keep it or like it. That's the beauty of free speech, lol. |

Very nice image... at first I thought you had cropped this down... but glad it was its own image. I agree with Ruth and LuAnn... the top needs to be cropped to get rid of the grey roof. And just a bit tilted. Well done! |

I really liked this photo. The texturing is great. I really wanted to see the upper left of the pocket though. From the original there isn't a lot there, but just seeing that little pocket stud feels better to me. |

He is cute... nice of him to stay and pose for you. I'm curious to see more of his face, but he looks good on that leaf. |

Maybe it doesn't matter which way they are looking |

Although now... I think I need to flip it to give the birds some breathing room... |

I'm sure that the ISO is that high because I was out the night before and forgot to change the settings.... |

I was very happy that the birds didn't overlap... every other photo they did. How is this crop? |

Hey Tony,
Do you use filters on your drone? Your sky is beautiful! |

Road Trip!!! Always fun. There are a lot of cool filters for the DJI drones. I have Polar Pro... polarizer, ND4, ND8... not that I know how to use them properly myself. But shooting in midday, it would help your skies. |

Love the red trees also. I like taking pics in cemeteries. Such great art and sculpture in those old historic graveyards. I'd like to see more of the layout of the gravestones.
Do the birders object to the drone flying? |

Beautiful colors... great time of the day! Love the reflection in the water. Was it pretty calm? Only the drone giving the water some ripples? |

You have a new drone and it is still squirrelly?!? Glad it came home safely! Looks like a pretty new area, it'll be interesting to see how the landscaping changes over the years.
Do you use an ND filter when you fly during the day? |

Thanks Tony... I'm still flying my little Spark. It can do the dronies also. I should use those more, but I'm trying to learn how to fly it better manually. For these little videos, the dronie would work well. |

Thanks Lou... the jpeg did come out darker than I had on my screen. I don't think the video is that dark. I'll look at it again to see what I did wrong. |
