thanks everyone! I was very fortunate to get to the Great Wall twice during my trip. I have all the standard views of the sweeping wall thru the land. But being there and seeing how close it all really is, I liked this version where the "sweeping" view wasn't the focus. But the intricate detail that is all along the wall was the focus in this view. I agree the saturation is too much, I'll tone that down if I enter it. Thanks everyone! |

Great journalistic shot... it is busy also, but I like the grittiness of the street scene. If you could have, maybe a step to the right, so that the little girl has the full street behind her body... no distracting colors or buildings behind her... and the person entering the home on the right is distracting to me too. I'd rather see the little girl and the cats alone on the street. |

Great panning... and I like your cropped version. I would say, crop even more from the bottom and make it a panning pano. |

Nice portrait, beautiful granddaughter. But to me, this is very busy... the mantle, the green flowers, the purple flowers in the hat, the blue necklace... there is a lot going on. Maybe for this image crop out the mantle, and possibly clone out the upper green leaves in front of her hat? easier said that done |

I'm not sure I would know how to answer your question, LuAnn about the sharpness. Your photo adding the sharpness looks great. How did you do that? Mask the butterfly in PS and add sharpness to only that part of the image? |

Great composition and color. I love how the milkweed leaf mimics the butterfly wings.

Beautiful Mary Sue! I had to look at it several times to see how that is the underneath of a bridge... Definitely crop off a lot of the bottom of the image to get closer to the bridge, but other than that, it should win in competition a lot. |

Very well done photo, the original flower is beautiful and colorful. I like the mm of space between the flower and the altered reflection. I agree with Ruth, the reflection should be maybe less saturated or maybe less textured if you are trying for reality. But as altered reality, I'd like to see it turned horizontal... really alter the reality. |

Thank you Lou and Tony. I took this image from the video and cropped it. I couldn't get a composition I liked as a regular still image. |

Agreed... nice image, but crop out some of the sky, and make the egrets more the focus. I struggled to find them in the shot. |

Beautiful ocean blues... I like the angle and the flip works well... we like movement left to right in our society. Possibly the whites are too hot, I'd like to see some more detail in the boat. And I'd like to see it directly above the boat, but I want that in every shot. |

Great video Tony, which drone do you use? It felt like the mountains were staying the same size while the drone moved forward... maybe because the mountains are so huge in comparison... or you have the drone that zooms out while you fly forward? |

I like it... very nice showing the abandoned vehicle and all the wide expanse of land. I'd like to see if you revisit this site in the spring or fall with more color. |
