Thanks everybody for the comments.
Oddly, today here in Southern Michigan, it's not much better looking than this shot.........It's 30 degrees and the snow just stopped......it's been a miserable "spring". |

I understand that when the opportunity arises at the worst time of day, you still take the shot....at least there were nice clouds..........given that it was a phone camera, I wonder how many pixels are left to crop for alternative images. |

Yes, the cloned person fits in perfectly. Another image that needs a close, thoughtful look to see the many details.
I agree with Mervyn on the cropping............ |

I'm a sucker for images of windows. I enjoy the grunge factor here. The curve of the top of the window adds lots of character.......nice one. |

This image demands you study it for a moment. The architecture is stunning......... The sunlight filtering from the ceiling causing many variations of shadow is what I enjoy most...........the reflections off the floor add character. Very nice work. |

I also enjoy both. The top edge of the ice formation in the original shot is interesting, but the details of the mountains in the cropped image are very cool. Maybe you need to call each one of these a "keeper". Glad you've recovered from the cold you caught. |
