80 Jun 19 Comment When I first say the photo I thought you may have intentionally blurred the ladies to give the photo a more painterly feeling, which interested me because I'm thinking of doing that with some of my street photos. Anyhow, I like the effect. Jun 26th
80 Jun 19 Comment I find this concept intriguing and I like it as you presented it.

I find the bright spot in the top left to be mildly distracting.

80 Jun 19 Reply I think if you reduced the brightness of the whites, the man might not be contrasted enough against it. Jun 26th
80 Jun 19 Comment Hi all, I appreciate all the comments. One constant I've found in opinions about photography is that some like closely cropped images and others like a wider view. I'm in the wider view clan much of the time especially when I think it adds to the story. I'll crop out anything I think does not add to the story. For this particular image I believe the wider view as I've presented it is my favorite. I think Beverly's corp has a lot of merit and I like it a lot. I also think the comments about cropping more off the right might improve the photo and I'm going to play with it. Jun 26th
80 Jun 19 Comment Thanks for your comments. I don't take it personally and I hope you don't either. I hate your crop. It does nothing for me. To me there is only one story in my photo--the lovers who happen to be in front of one the most iconic buildings in the world. Jun 4th
80 Jun 19 Comment To me this is a very interesting shot. I like the misty foggy effect created by a wet lens. I don't think you could have gotten something as good in post. Jun 4th
80 Jun 19 Comment To me the point of view is very intriguing. The shadows add depth and dimension to the shot which I find exciting. The line running through from bottom left to center to bottom right guides my eye through the phots and the white space lets me take in the whole scene. Jun 4th
80 Jun 19 Comment Very interesting character shot. The light raking across his face emphasizes his ruddy complexion. The shallower DOF isolates him from the background. Focus and exposure look great to me. Jun 4th
80 Jun 19 Comment I like how you composed this photo with the 3 subjects forming a triangle. The facial expression on the woman is priceless. If looks could kill, the guy might be dead; or were they sharing a laugh? I like the intrigue. Exposure and focus look spot on to me. Jun 4th
