Love the composition, and the combine in the distance, which, I think, is essential to the theme. I would move the horizon line either up or down (preferably up, if you can). And, I would add some drama to the great clouds in the sky. I quickly tried a few of these adjustments. My preference would be to have 2/3 land and 1/3 sky, but content aware fill doesn't do so well with that. |

Thanks, Ken,
I have to say that I agree with some of your changes, and I have incorporated the increased saturation, using a radial filter in the center so as not to add any more saturation to the edges. I also used the same filter to slightly boost contrast to the center. Regarding the erasure of some of the tufa structures, I chose to leave it as is so as to be somewhat faithful to the landscape. Thanks. |

I think this image suffers from an overly centered composition. My eye runs straight up the middle without exploring anything else. The peripheral elements to the left and right seem unnaturally darkened, almost like a beam of light had been shone up the middle, leaving everything else in shadow. |

Beautiful, and well composed. I struggle to offer suggestions, so please take these ideas as possibilities that may or may not improve your gorgeous photo. These are things I would try: If the valley in the upper right were darkened just a bit, without losing too much detail, it might add some drama. I tried this slight darkening, and I changed the color temperature of the upper right corner a little away from blue. You probably won't even notice a difference. |

I love this shot. The fog and the subtle colors really convey the mood. I think the vignetting is a bit overdone. I would lighten up the vignetting a bit. Also, since it is a vertical subject, what do you think of a vertical crop? |
