I get the reluctance, but finally decided since others are doing it, I'd give it a whirl. When they're my own sky I'm not bothered as much. Weird, I know, but makes me feel justified |

I am not troubled at all about the position of the waterfall, mainly because of the slightly diagonal nature of the waterfall. I also feel the depth of the image because of the way the rocks in the front surround the waterfall. Love the beautiful water at the bottom also. I like the image very much! And while I love smooth water, usually, this one lends itself to keeping it moving with a faster shutter speed. Gives more texture to the water. |

What a stunning image! The colors are superb, and the composition makes the image. Those curves of the "shore" draw my eyes into the background and bring me back out again. And I am always a sucker for "Smooth" water. Just beautiful and worthy of a large print on the wall, IMHO. |

I've tried taking shots of stars and it is difficult to keep the stars from blowing out. The image is soft but not having done anything but "play" with nighttime shots have no basis for what is reasonable amount.....or how to keep that from happening. I am curious as to what that is in the foreground...... |

I love the texture and curves in the rocks and love red rocks regardless of where I see them. Sedona is probably my favorite spot in the US. I love the lines leading into the "caves" for want of a better description. They make me want to explore and find out what is in them. Nice shot. I wonder if you could use sky replacement in this .....small space but rather "dull" compared the the rest of the image. Just a thought. I take sky images all the time and add them to my catalogue and then into PS to use them for replacements. I prefer to use my own, rather than the ones they include. That allows me to pick based on what I remember the sky looking like and the location. |

I really like the original better. I think because the vertical gives more impact in showing off the trees. The colors are fantastic, and we do not really get fall in Florida, but we do get temperate weather year round. So it is a trade off. OI miss fall and glad that you shared the trees and color with us! |

Love the expression you have captured on his face! The image is sealer and sharp, the catchlight is a bonus and for me its all about the expression. I use full frame and cropped and always find the cropped is easier. Once you get up to the full frame any thing you don't do right is magnified many times over, but I keep practicing! One of these days I will get it perfect! |

Great action shot and it portrays the action of the aggressive chicks when Mom or Dad come back with food. I've seen this action many times and tried to photograph, and getting all sharp and against a good background is difficult. Nice image of life as a Great White Egret! |

You have titled this one well. Not sure I have ever seen this type of mushroom. The color is unique and makes them stand out nicely. I also like the position of the front mushroom, giving us a great look at the inside. Nice one. |

Love this action shot! Looks like he is romping in the grasses and having a good time! We have deer in the Wetlands here and I love to shoot them (with a camera of course). They're such gentle creatures and make me calm and put a smile on the face. You have captured the action. The one thing I might suggest , but I am not sure about what's been cropped off, is give a little more room on the bottom so that you have "virtual feet. You could always add a little in PS and do a content aware add as well. |
