Beautiful! New Zealend is one spot I would love to visit and photograph. Everything in this adds to the scene, the sky, the boats the beautiful ocean, and the magnificent colors! |

No, I think what you are seeing is some of the grass and a small portion of this cubs leg. . I had to go back to original to check. I had the head of the other one on the far left of the frame so I am sure it is only one cub. Besides I'm not good enough in PS to erase the rest of him😊. The f/5.6 does not allow for full body focus and I wanted that face more than anything. Sadly, I should have used a higher f-stop to get the whole in focus. But too focused on that face, |

Not something I would ever think to do.....but it is unique. Taking the image and making it dreamy or muted to match the pose would be where my mind would go. It is a very sharp and clean image of the individual (and clearly done to allow artistic expression with the bland background) but the posing would not lead me to a cartoonish interpretation. I don't think it is bad (just not something I would think to do), but I will give it unique and creative. |

I had to go back and look at least month's image to compare. I think I like the colors pastels in this one better. And the shapes of the panels are pleasing to the eye drawing you into those colors. Well done! |

What a delightful catch!! I hope you were able to get a copy to the parents with the girls. I really like the composition on this and the background is blurred enough to know it is at a wedding while not distracting from the girls. I am amazed that there is not more noise if this is an older shot. I get a smile when I look at this image! thank you for sharing. |

I cropped this one so I had plenty of room to add some additional to the bottom. I usually get dinged for not cropping enough and I actually prefer to leave some room to shoe the environment. And since this would really be about the landscape, you are totally correct. I also added some dehire to the sky to darken it a little, per Janos' comment. |

Love it with the total reflection, makes it even more of a leading line! |

It is a wildlife photo as well as a landscape. I found the beauty of the Kenyan sky a fantastic backdrop for the giraffe and wanted to show off both the giraffe and the Kenyan countryside. It was surely an indulgence on my part, and I'll keep them to a minimum, I promise! |

This is a lovely image. Love the colors, the cypress tree, and the gentle waves in the water. Early morning is my favorite time to photograph just because of the beautiful colors. Your edit to off center the tree makes it more interesting and the reflection of the. tree is a beautiful leading line. Very nice shot! |

Jamos is correct, it is an Oxpecker and in fact there is a second one. I have one image of zebras that have lots on them. and they help keep bugs to a minimum! |

So how many layers of clothes did you have on? I suspect it was pretty chilly. As always this is a beautiful image. I love the way the smooth water draws you into the image and the snow covered pines. Im wondering how this would look as a B&W? Not sure it would detract or add. I would consider decreasing the exposure on the left hand side to see if you could minimize the blown out snow in that area or possibly crop it out. I find it draws my eye to that area instead of to the back where those trees are so pretty. |

First and foremost you certainly achieved what you set out to do! It comes off as almost an abstract. If I were to see this I would automatically think this was moonlight not sunrise. It comes off as a B&W, though I am guessing that is totally related to the underexposure.
Only suggestion I have .....is the horizon straight or is that just because it is so black on the left side? regardless I might consider making the viewer think it is level.
You know I am rabid on my images about clarity and sharpness (but when you are shooting birds and animals the sharp eye is King!) so when I see one that is more creative I have to think about it before I commit. This one was immediate appreciation. |

Beautiful! You were lucky on many counts. First and foremost you got to the bottom with no mishaps, but this view is fantastic. My experience in a cable car was at Mount Blanc and the car was crammed full of people like sardines. So not only were you fortunate that you had to stop but also that you were able to reach the wind to be able to take these images. Stunning landscape! Did you frame it? |

Beautiful sunset and the Giant Saguaro compliments the sky nicely. I assume it is somewhere in the Tucson area. We've been there and really enjoyed the Sonoran Desert Museum. Gave us a view of the area in a smaller space. There seems to be so much "empty land" and you can go miles and see nothing but desert with foothills in the background. Do you live in the area? I shoot with the. 80-400mm quite a bit. In general like it very much. Used it in Africa a lot for the landscapes. Not exclusively since I also had my 24-120 with me and used that for sunsets and sunrises but if I was trying to get an a animal against the sky I liked to use the 80-200. |

This vista is incredible! Not been to Death Valley yet but it is on my list. The sky is beautiful! And I am a sucker for the moon. In fact I am thinking about going out for moonrise this week. Timing here is everything since it rises over the ocean and there is lots of distortion and clouds! I tried almost every month for over a year and still don't have the shot I want. But this is a spectacular moonset. |
