Richard, that is actually the stamen of the flower. Understand why you suggest it because every time I look at it this is where my eye goes to automatically.Would not be a big deal to clone it out. Will give it a try. |

Sharp, clean , and lots going on in this shot.the colors stand out and had you not titled it Fish Toss I might have missed it! What were your setting on this one? I am amazed that you were able to hold focus through out this shot. I like that you were able to keep enough of the sign in to identify it as Pike Place. Very nice. |

Clean and sharp throughout. I find it a little difficult to separate the boat from the landscape. The cloud pattern is beautiful and adds depth to the shot. |

Dave this is a beautiful landscape. That background framing the Bison is jaw dropping! I would not crop out the pines on the left. The only thing I might consider is cloning out the green "bush" on the top left and using the sagebrush as a replacement. It unbalances the shot a little. But it is optional ..... I love the rolling hillocks and the interesting way it draws you into the photograph. Great shot! |

So much attention to detail. Your opportunities to grab this at just the right time. I would be interested to know what your settings were. I tried fireworks once and it was a dismal failure. Props for getting this one! |

The close up for sure is my preference. Your original shot was sharp so close cropping like that is possible. The snowy egrets always have that "who me?" look about them and this captures it perfectly. One suggestion is to counteract that pink tint. Something surrounding it real time or an artifact from post processing, but it is distracting. But just a minor tweak would eliminate. |

Very interesting subject. I've never hard of Zorb balls. Are they actually in the water? The photo has a great deal of emotion from the young girl. I like the effective filter that the ball provides. Makes for a unique photograph! |

A very nice image of the building. It almost looks like it is a ship rather than a building on solid ground. My guess is the architect intended that all along. But like Ian, I would ditch all that sky.It detracts from the building and I believe that is where you want your focus. I tried a quick crop and I think it does looks more proportional. |

Beautiful panorama! so many beautiful lines and clouds give it a forbidding look. the small amount of blue in the sky at the back draw me into the shot. Surprised you could get that clean on a moving boat. Very nice shot! |

The colors and rainy streets are spectacular Peter! Interesting, did you work with Ian to both present a street scene with people moving about? Just a stunning picture ! The clolors are what really grab my!
My one suggestion would be, if possible I might get rid of the cones. I find my eye needs to work at getting past them, and the scene is so beautiful I don't want my eyes to draw back to those cones. |

Initially was not sure how I felt about this one, Ian, but it grows on you particularly when in context of what you are trying to achieve. Then vs. now. It certainly highlights the hustle and bustle circa 2018. Would love to see that circa 1918. A very different picture I am sure! |

It's one of the hang gliders, along with the red spots which are the other ones....I debated that one and wonder what others think as well. Since I was there and know what it is....I decided on leaving it as is, but would appreciate other's thoughts. Stay or GO? It is a one click fix!
