Hi Andrew. I played 象æ£â€¹ many times while in China for study. I like that you have the Chinese character and window signwriting in the background to give the game a sense of place. I do agree however with previous comments that the window frame arising from the head of the centre piece is a little distracting. I suggest this could be cloned out and you could then transition the beautiful colour from the right across the left as a gradient at a lower opacity. |

Hi Tom, this is a great image and really tells a story of decay. I like the interesting variety of decaying textures and colours, with the rusting bar of the gate or fence on the right. |

Hi Bob - it was a great idea to turn a hot spot into a sunburst. It has really enhanced the still life. With your shoot angle, it also gives dimension to the image. |

Hi Nelson - like the others, I find this an interesting set of figures and the shallow depth of field works well. I feel, like Cindy, that having the right hand figure in focus, with focus receding down the line would be something to try. |

Hi Cindy - I love the way the leaves reach up to cradle the stem, and the dying flower emerges with the centre stamen ready to drop back down into the leaves. This is interesting, beautifully crisp, with great composition and tasteful editing. |

Hi Jessica. I love the clear detail in this close-up, even down to the little dusting of pollen on the petals. I like your square crop and the colour transition of the petals from top to bottom. It's a lovely image. |

Hi Denise - this is a beautiful image and I love your artistic processing. My first thoughts were like the others and to clone out the white spots where you can see through the vase. I wouldn't add a stem - the flower head is sitting where you would expect it to be. I would however slightly darken the base of the image under the vase using a gradient. This would possibly be enough to ground it. It is a really lovely image. |

Hi Linda - I agree with the others. Your re-worked image is simply fantastic. Something to print and hang on the wall! |

Hi Michael - I agree with everyone's comments: this is a wonderful image. I also like Carol's crop, having the pillar edge adds a balance and grounds the stairs. Your choice to convert to black and white has given it a real atmosphere. |

Hi Jodi - I love this image and like your processing choices. The colour reflected in the headlamp and grill add a nice balance with the colour in the bouquet. I quite like the people reflected in the grill, it adds to the story. However I do agree with Denise that it might be worth cloning them out of the headlight surround. There are also lovely reflections in the paint, which I like. |

Hi Carol - this is a truly beautiful and very dramatic image. I do agree with Jodi that maybe a single person would make us feel the sheer size of the waterfall. It would be good to experiment. |
