I love this composition, Cindy. What a nice improvement over the original. The HDR treatment just makes everything pop. Cropping is perfect. |

This is so creative, Don. It is a different take on the typical butterfly-in-the-garden image. Nicely done. It is fun to experiment with filters in post-processing. |

This is amazing, Charlie. I was right in that area of Central Park during Thanksgiving week, too. I was pleasantly surprised to see such vivid autumn color hanging on in the park. I agree with the other comments that the people walking on the right side of the image add interest, and the buildings in the background add depth. Well done. |

I was in Manhattan during late November and took a few photos of hot dog stands. They are so visually interesting, especially with people stopping by and walking by. I can see why you are attracted to this as a street photography subject. A tighter crop on the right side and straighten the image just a bit so the cart doesn't look like it is leaning down towards the left. |

Such a dramatic visual image, Richard! The people are placed perfectly. A little too much black on the left and bottom that could be cropped out. Also the horizon doesn't quite look level. Gorgeous photo. |

Charlie, thank you for the suggestion. I'll have to give that exposure increase a try in Lightroom. A photowalk in NYC would be quite a project. Never a challenge to find photo opportunities in that city! |

Thanks, Don. Yes, a little too much foreground perhaps, I agree. That's always a challenge for me. How much does that foreground add to the image? I think my tendency is to always skew towards having the horizon in the middle, but that isn't always necessary. |
