I love this edit, Tim! I've been playing with Fibonacci ratios but often fail to see it - this looks significantly better to me. I know in Lightroom I can overlay it - I just need to remember how :) Thank you!
I went and found it - "O" and "Shift O" - Thanks for the quick lesson :) |

Too funny....this pic was on an AARP post in my Facebook newsfeed. LOL - you should go commercial/professional...or, AARP is stealing your stuff! :) |

Nice image Peter - were you in Skagit for the Tulip festival? I love the image and the color palate - it feels like a crisp early morning shot. |

Hi Sherry, you nailed my thoughts about my submission and yours about using a higher f/stop to create greater depth of field. This is interesting to look at, there are two sets of leading lines creating different perspectives. I look forward to seeing more from your trip to Iceland - one of my bucket list destinations. |

Thank you Sherry! I did adjust the detail but backed it off from where you were in your post. I am taking a Lightoom course to hopefully learn better use of the tool while not getting carried away. I notice that when I dial up the detail too much it increases the halo effect out on the hilltops. This photo would have been better accomplished at f/18-f/22 to get greater detail and depth of field than the shallower f/7.1 used. We were out chasing horses so my camera was set up for them, not a stationary landscape :) |
