Don, Nice action image with no other players to distract. I cropped it a bit to tighten focus on the players. Two bad about the car, but not possible to get this shot without it. Bruce |

Isaac, Africa is a great place to photograph, with almost everything being a midtone. The shadows indicate that is is midday. A very difficult time of day to get a good exposure which you certainly did. You were lucky to get all of their faces except one and the crocodile is a bonus. Bruce |

Adrian, a real winner showing the interaction of mother and baby. I might suggest the composition with the subjects more on the right . Bruce |

Hey Barbera, I like everything about this image but will differ about the crop, A tighter vertical crop will focus more on the bear than the grass. Bruce |

Chris, A real beauty from an area with many beautiful scenes. I would like to see a little wider view of the right side if that is possible. I have never tried focus stacking but looks like you got this just right. I might crop some of lower part of the tree and perhaps dodge the tree a bit since it is the brightest thing in the image and draws my eye away from the mountain. Bruce |

Hey Maria, what a beautiful image this month, I like what Isaac did with it but also like your composition which shows the grass as subjects as well. Very well done. Bruce |

Thank you Maria, we are lucky that on an island near me there are several dens of foxes that were brought there many years ago to control the rabbit population. The rabbits were brought there to help provide food for the lighthouse keeper. There has been some tension between local residents and photographers, some which have come from as far away as Australia . Bruce |

Jerry, wow your image really shows the way the birds fight to get a spot and the dinner table. They almost look like snakes. You did a great job processing it. Everything is sharp and the dark background really makes the birds pop. |

Thanks Jerry, Thanks for your comments, you are correct about the overcast day. This image would not be possible on a bright sunny day. The rocks you spoke of, are actually Oysters which is why the eagle are there to catch the fish caught in the oyster beds when the tide goes out. Bruce |
