Hans, I like both of these images and prefer the first one. It must take a lot of courage to do this. I might suggest cropping some of the empty space so you focus on the plane and wing walker more. Bruce |

Hey Gerry, I also like the main image the best as well. The composition is great with the three riders forming a nice diagonal across the image. You can see all of the riders faces clearly and the background is not distracting at all. The background in the other two are not as good one being bright white and the other a jumble of lines. The first image shows a story of the other two riders making a effort to overtake the leader adding interest. It should do will in PJ. Bruce |

Adrian, I see what you are trying to show in your image. I have been trying to photograph woodlands here in Washington state and had much difficulty making a pleasing image because of all the small bushes and other distracting things getting in the way of the beautiful moss covered trees. My only thought is that perhaps a wider angle would make the elephants less dominant and make the habitat more important to the viewer. Bruce |

Marie, Very nice scene with some good leading lines created by the ski lift. Your crop is just right , colors look good on my screen. The sky adds some eye candy as well. Well done. Bruce |

Thanks Mary, the sheep was just off the road on a steep hillside so was able to use my car as a blind and it came even closer so was only about 10 yards away when it stopped. It had no fear of people. I have noticed before that they really do not fear people. I was using my canon 100-400 lens .Bruce |

Randy, I really like to photograph these birds, Traveled to High Island near Galveston a few years to photograph them . You have a very nice pose and it is sharp and well composed . The long lens and low angle also enhance it.The background is a little bright and busy but not much more you could have done with it. Perhaps you could burn it a bit. Bruce |

Mary, Your use of blending the two images with layers is a great one to avoid the problems of using HDR. You got some nice leading lines, and color. I might suggest cropping out the bushes at the bottom since you can still keep some of the stream and keep a good composition and they seem a bit distracting to my eye. Bruce |

Walt, was this near Yakima? I know the have a feeding station there. I also posted a bighorn this month. Your crop is just right and like the detail you were able to show especially in the fur. Nice pose and good eye contact make this a really nice image. My only nit is the big dark rock just about the back of the sheep. Is is allowed to clone it out? Bruce |

Isaac, I love that you were able to get all three of the chimps in the frame. Composition is good and is sharp. The harsh light really Shows but you did a good job in PP. I would like to see their more of their faces but it also makes me wonder what they are looking at so adds interest as well. Bruce |
