59 May 19 Comment Hey Ed, You described all of the things that I would have liked to see in an image, ie the drunks, the fight, and action around the ring, Since you were there, this image would have more impact on you, however without context, there is not enough going on to hold my interest. Just a thought.

59 May 19 Comment I agree with the others that the empty seats in the background to do make for a great image. Most sports photographers will suggest a tight crop to eliminate most of the background opening up the aperature to blur the background. Bruce May 27th
59 May 19 Comment Gerald, great image with lots of action. I like the fact that the rafters are not paddling and having to hold on. I guess I would prefer the larger image, but the fact that you can not see the others makes you wonder whats going on underneath the water adding interest as well. I think either one would be worthy of entry into a PJ competition. bruce May 27th

72 May 19 Comment Adrian, I like what the others have done to focus on the subjects. To make more impact, I would like to see more of the heads of the prey or at least some contact with the eyes of the Crocodile. Not sure how much of a crop you used, but I might try to crop some of the rocks off the top of the frame, to focus more on the subjects. Bruce May 27th

72 May 19 Comment Isaac, I really enjoyed meeting you at the Alligator farm. I have been there many times and had a great trip this time as well. The increased crowds of photographers due to the bird fest made it difficult, but still workable. I also went to Gatorland but did not stay very long because I was tired and just not in to it. You got a great pose and interaction and handled it just right. It is sharp. well composed and took it during peak action. Well done. Bruce May 27th

72 May 19 Comment Interesting image, Abhijeet, Your exposure of 30 seconds was just enough to get a good exposure without getting motion blur in the stars in the right side of the image. bruce May 27th
