Thanks Joseph, I really enjoy shooting soccer matches. I played in college and until I was 65, officiated, coached youth, HS college, and Olympic development teams, ran my own soccer camps for 35 years, and took over 1,000 young players to Europe, So America, and Thailand to play. I think I have a pretty good instinct of where the action is going to be giving me a better chance to get a good shot. Bruce |

Gerald, Well done, I really like how the different shades of blue show up in the water. Composition is spot on and exposure is good without blowing out the white water. Should do well in competition. Bruce |

Welcome to the group Ahmed, This is an interesting image, not normally to much creativity in sports images so it is nice to see this one. Thanks for sharing it. Bruce |

Technically I like the individual image best. You can see the riders face and the trees seem to add a vignette rather than distract. The fact that the biker is on the bike and in the air is also interesting. The lighting in the other image is not ideal and some shadows adjustment would be helpful. I like the low perspective, but the trees are distracting to my eye. |

Phil, really like the position of the swimmer. Your use of 2.8 did a good job of isolating the swimmer. SS of 1/400 did a good job of stopping the motion where needed. Well done, especially under difficult conditions. |

Joseph, Good exposure and sharpness on this one. Lots of action and good subject position add to the interest. My only nits are that I would like to see the eyes of the rider and perhaps tone down the signs in the background. Overall a fine image. |

Adrian, my son was just in Finland trying for the northern lights. It was plenty cold there and even froze his tripod up so he could not use it. Clouds did not cooperate for him so he came home pretty much empty handed. Bruce |

Kent, It always makes me mad when my wife uses her cell phone to take a sunset image from our deck of the Puget Sound. Hers are always better than my expensive Canon gear. Overall a nice image, I do agree with Walt that it looks a little over sharpened on my monitor. Bruce |

Adrian, You are so lucky to have the opportunity to witness and photograph this wildlife wonder. I tried a 16x9 crop for you to consider. You had tough light to work with and did a good job of controlling it. My only other suggestion would be to get into the water with them so you could get a really low perspective....HA HA. Bruce |

Mary, I have been to Bosque every year for the last 11 winters and plan on going back again. What a great place it is I agree with the others regarding the softness. Bruce |

Abhijeet, I agree with all of the comments of the others, It is a nice nature image with interesting subjects. My only other comment is that the tail of the bird on the left converges with the edge of the frame so if you have any room on the left edge, I would create more room for it. Well done. Bruce |

Walt, I have also made some attempts to get a good image of the MW. I had one good image of Mt Rainier but have been skunked at Arches NP several times and also at Mt. St Helens. I might have tried moving a little bit to one side to see if I could get the tent out of the center, but not sure if that would improve anything. I am ok with no crop. Well done. Bruce |

Isaac, Well done, beautiful image created by great use of HDR. I like how you can see the vague image of the trees and bushes in the foreground. The arrangement of the trees forms a triangle that frames the image. I have been to this location before but did not get any images there. Well done on this one. Bruce |
