Spectacular! Great colors and background fade with impact. The reflection is about a third, so I would leave it. |

Thats interesting and original. I think they are jet streams from a flight practice - but could be from UFOs! You have effectively departed from the "rule of thirds", however I would crop down from the top quite bit to bring about the effect you suggest, plus I would de-shadow and dehaze some, but selectively with a brush or radial tool. |

Fascinating composition with an oasis effect of the foreground farmstead. I think if you did Jacqueline's crop there would be an effective panorama. Thanks for tips on Nik. |

Hung, so good to see your talents at work. We have some Flamingos like that near here and the challenge is to find a good pose and background without interference from other birds in the flock - so yours is a good capture. Knowing that others in the group could do a better job - I decided to jump in and try some things on the jpeg. I mostly used clone stamp and camera raw filter to selectively darken, de-shadow and brighten and also added saturation for the birds and more black for the beak. |

Nice warming effect of the new background and addition of unique compositional balance between the main flower and the dark cloud upper right. The dark background line above the leaves on the right seems to be a thicket of trees and there is a very dark object on the left. Both could go to simplify the image. I have found that painting with light blue before the sky replace in Luminar works. Also I would try to bring up the leaves in the lower part of the original to cover the dark spot. |

Very interesting how you worked the shot. The selected original frame has the trees with a darker and more Christmassy look - perhaps closer to what was there. However, your choice of a much brighter scene is also appealing. The "lines to nowhere" comment or cliche could apply here, so I would put a cloud where the trees point to. |
