Thanks, I agree. I found an image in the sequence with better background to work with and cropped as you suggested, and also added blue sky. |

Great images - original 2 is even better. 1/250th seems the ideal choice of shutter-speed to blur the water and catch the surfer's balanced pose. I agree the top wave is a problem - possibly solvable by tighter cropping. |

Very impressive and striking image with more than one compositional asset. They way you have used the line of the bridge to lead to selected areas of light is brilliant. Also the drooping fronds from the trees point to the bridge. The ? weed at the start of the bridge doesn't contribute but would be difficult to take out, and the tree trunk on the right could be darkened to help with leading into the background. |

Thanks for such an interesting portrayal of the horses in what could be Indian territory. You caught them with a good compositional pose between the two trees. The DOF could have been increased to focus the trees but its good as is. The dark horse on the left seems to dominate a bit so wondered if you could take out the black or de-shadow. |

Thanks for your insightful impressions. There was a overcast haze so I used the dehaze slider. The choice of clouds was arbitrary but not sure if other choices would be better. The elevated lake level is an advantage for catching the wind. There are seldom good background choices, so blurring it out could be an option. |
