Hum. Well as long as it's not bigger than a thumbnail it looks ok but I can't get it any better looking at any larger size. I don't have PS but used Topaz sharpen ap, both the too soft and motion reduction. Then ran it through both Luminar for detail enhancement and then tried easyHDR for detail enhancement. Then tried going back to Corel's Paintshop for adjustment. Twig out but still not happy with overall noise. Thanks for the suggestions. |

I debated about removing that twig. I concluded that it gives character to his efforts. However, I did want to see what others thought so thank you for your feedback. I appreciate it. |

Oh, my gosh! What a great speed capture! How in the world did you know it was going to do it's flash dash?
On first glance, I thought his shadow was behind his head. On second look, I think it's a rock. Is that right? While the dark area highlights his head (great eye BTW), I found it distracting overall. I had to think about where his shadow was.
Love the clarity, color and sharpness of this image. Great job as always. Thanks for sharing. |

Ah, Spring. Ah, Spring green.
I can feel it in the air.
I might have cropped into a portrait to the center 4 trees, the bigger one on the right being kept. Might be a bit more dramatic.
Either way, a nice capture of Spring green. |

Oh, what fun! Nice textures.
That said and being the Cropping Queen, I'd crop this to a landscape of the top third of this photo. I think there would be enough texture variation to make the fern more dramatic.
I'm not too sure what the lower two thirds of the photo add.
I like the contrasts and textures of the rocks, fern and background. I especially like the rock formations just under the fern.

I loved Amsterdam, their bikes, the canals and the flowers. All of it.
I wonder what the color version was like as I'm not sure about the flowers. In a BW conversion, they seem to get jumbled in the bike wheels. I think I'd have liked it better without the flowers in the BW version because of the lack of contrast.
They seem to distract from the leading lines of the canal intersecting with the horizontal bridge rails contrasted with the circular bike wheels.
I do like the lines you have captured which are such an essence of Amsterdam. |

Great perspective and fun barn in the background. Looks like there were a bazillion tulips.
My only feedback would be that I'd like to have seen the red tulip in the line of thirds or crop out the lone pink tulip on the right.
Thank you for sharing this fun adventure. Glad you got to see your daughter. |

Ok. Let me just say up front that I'm totally jealous of your drone. I think I want one. However, not know about drone photography I had to do some google research. Most of the sites outlined the advantages of offering a new perspective, unique compositions, patterns and formations while maintaining the basic rules of photography. Most sited looking for unique compositions, contrasts or creative abstract. With this knowledge, I feel a little more comfortable giving my novice feedback.
I would like to have seen a tighter panoramic view of the bridge. The trees at the bottom don't add much to the story. I do like the triangular lines captured. I would like to have seen the bridge in more contrast or maybe portrait cropped to the part of the bridge in sunlight with the raging water. That crop would give a leading line.
Ok. Like I said, I'm jealous. What fun. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to other drone photos from you. |
