Owls are fun to photograph. Nice composition and I agree that a portrait orientation would be nice. I also like the monochrome conversion but find it a little "blue" for my taste. I like it better in full dynamic range in Silver Effects Pro. Either way, great capture. |

Oh, to travel again. Thanks for sharing.
As a portrait, the facial lighting is good and fun seeing you in the catch light. I agree that the background could have been blurred a bit. Oh, to travel again. |

Oh, what fun! Great capture. I might have made it a portrait to eliminate the branches on the right.
Very exciting that you got to see the couple. |

Nice that you are getting out and about. Please continue to be careful.
I agree that you might have selectively increased the saturation and texture. I might have rotated it to get the 'flame" ornament to a 45 degree orientation.
Very interesting find. |

Well, awesome honeymoon shot. I might have cropped in tighter to see the eye. The sky can still be seen. I love your sharing your new adventures! Congratulations to you and yours.

You caught me! I did darken the foreground to hide the mailbox and neighbor's house. I like your alternative better. Had not thought about using a gradient. Thanks, as always. |
