oh, just make her stretch AGAIN!!! First, I could not find the original so had to work with the small image. (How do people deal with this workflow between original raw and small uploads? I keep losing the set) Then, tried to figure out how to replace colors which worked kinda on the left side. I lost the shadow on the right. Third, I had to google "cove" still not sure what that is. Is it the horizontal line between table top and backdrop? I tried using a scratch remover tool. Just ok to me but not stellar. Suggestions? |

Long way home and it's a winding trail to get there. Love this action photo which tell me a story. I like the way you cropped it. |

Gosh, I'm afraid to say anything as I don't know how the light was. I do agree with Renee that the yellow is a tad bit bright and draws my eye away from the family story on the pier. However, it might be altered by enhancing some sun rays, which I think are there but not sure, being more obvious.
It is a very nice, peaceful image. Glad you got to get out to get it.

Let us all enjoy the beauty around us during this trying time as we stay well.
Love the processing. I'm trying to learn how to do that texture laying stuff. This was well done.
If I had any suggestion it would be to maybe blend the green near the flower's border into the outer texture more or remove it, making the background consistent. Love the color of the added texture layer. Nicely done vignette. |

Gorgeous lily! Totally get looking around the house for shooting flowers during this time of Covid. Can't grow lilies here as I live in a high concentration of deer. Lilies are deer candy and I'd never get to see one this gorgeous.
My first thought was that you had done a selection and then layered on a texture. I'm trying to learn how to do this. So, I'm not sure of your process. For me, the contrast of the lily's edge is not believable against that texture/color? It looks like snow to me. Is there a way to adjust the color a little by picking up a subtle shade found in the flower? Like I said, that's above my pay grade but think it might look more believable.
I love the detail extracted in the flower. It is so life like I can smell it's beautiful aroma. |

oh, I long to travel also and feel your pain. I've never been to Sicily but this could be a travel poster. As for the lemons, I'd keep them natural. At first I didn't notice them until I read your description. If the lemons are the subject, I might have cropped to the top of the top of blue dome and some off the right. That might accent the complementary colors better focusing more on the lemons. Just a thought. |

I went though a period of mini appetizers/desserts. Consequently, I bought mini serving articles like this mini cocktail spoon. Pack of 24 in blue, green, red, purple, pink and yellow from local Party Circle several years ago. The "vase" is one of those mini serving dishes. Mutli-purpose those articles! Thanks for the feedback. |
