Love what you did with Renee's photo. Closest I can come using Luminar, Topaz, Silver Effects Pro. |

Ok, what about Silver Effects Pro with control brightness contrasts? I don't use Photoshop so not sure if reverse high pass technique is the same thing as...ok, tired and sloppy now. Sorry. |

I like shooting dead flowers also. Their texture can be very interesting. The catch is to focus on a specific area of texture. This photo has many such areas. I do like the B&W. |

Good catch light in his eyes! What was the original color photo like? The contrast in textures adds to the intensity in his eyes. Nice sharpness and clarity. |

Oh, wow! Guess you liked that ON1 effects from your journal review. Very nice as my first impression was "Oh, wow!"
The sky is great. Would it have been as great if it were cropped just a little? I get lost in the sky and forget the mountains. I had to scroll to see the whole photo which could be my monitor. Beautiful photo. |

Nice capture. After looking at his face, I was drawn to the area that you edited on his sleeve. There is a little blurring of the sleeve. It makes your editing noticeable. Maybe a tighter crop? Not so intense background contrast? The colors add to his merriment and the overall joy of this photo. |
