Mary, I think this is a classic landscape... and a good one. There is the near, middle and far subject areas. Eyes are pulled to the birds in the near and then to the lighthouse in the distance. The brown reeds repeat themselves, each having a reflection. This is a photo that one can keep looking at. |

Great capture, especially of the eyes. Everything is in focus. I do find your PP a little over the top as it makes the water look artificial, or glassy and unnaturally bright. But that may be more a matter of taste. kent

As is said above, an excellent portrait of the pelican. The depth of field is perfect and all of the bird is sharp. I understand why my Condor photo did not have the detail you were looking for. Kent

not too critical. I think you are looking for something the photo simply does not offer. |

Unusual shot Abhijeet. star shots are usually not done at such a low ISO but in this case it worked out well for although you increased the exposure there is little evidence of noise. I suspect a breath of wind caught the tree leaves that appear blurred as the trunk appears to be sharp. Good job post processing.. Kent |

Isaac - thanks for the good crop. Somehow I am not sensitive to that when sitting front of my monitor.
