I agree that the only way to get the moon correctly exposed into the shot is to use PS, which is not a tool I am well versed in. As for getting stars too, there were very few with the full moon and the haze. |

I really like your composition. Waterfall directing the eye left to right, then into the pool from where it flows right to left and down out the bottom. Very nice. I had not thought that HDR software would work when there is so much movement. I would have thought the ghosting software would create problems with the movement... but apparently not. Very nice.

Isaac, this is a great action shot. The detail and capture of the underside of the bird are a testimony to the D500's sensor. I looked at this picture a long time, and at your original. Something just did not look right. I believe you may have changed the balance of lighting in your effort to illuminate the underside of the bird's body and wings. The only shadow in the photo is that of the left wing across the body. All other objects are almost evenly lit. |

Abhijeet, I too am impressed by the depth of field and especially by the sharpness given a hand held capture of an insect. |
