I am going to go out on a limb here Joan. I think what we all find interesting in the image is the colors, the patterns, and the movement. It is what Disney does best in designing rides and spaces throughout the parks. I am wondering is you might consider taking this image in another direction and combining al these elements into an abstract. |

I think I would need to begin by asking you, what is the focus or purpose of this image? With that in mind, any suggestions of how to improve it, could be more purposeful. I think Joan's suggestions really help us look at the image as a good example of leading lines. Is the story about the pier, the people, the landscape or something else? |

What an incredible capture! Thanks for providing the story that goes along with it. In addition to the suggestions already made, I am wondering if you could bump up the contrast on the animals and soften the surrounding grass in both color and texture. I think that will downplay any distractions from the background and allow us to focus on the stars in this story. |

Beautiful image! The smooth waterfall gives in a magical feeling. The colors compliment each other. I am sure taking and combining 4 images was quite a task but it was worth it. Just a few suggestions. The image needed a cit more space on top to we can see the source better. I also think dodging the dark area on the left gives us a better sense of the terrain in that area. Finally, darkening the pinkish sandy area a bit would make the image more cohesive. Great capture! |
