Kathleen, great capture! He is a beauty. Your image is sharp and the colors other than the blue are well handled. Beyond crop issue I wonder if you might consider adjusting the blue of the storm drain culvert so that it is more in harmony with the rest of the image. |

Walter, I am so impressed that you were able to capture 2 birds, moving a fast speed with such clarity especially since your camera was hand held. The magenta luminous spot gives me the sense that this two are connected... Good post processing with nothing blown out. |

I really like the policy of your chapter allowing you to use clips as long it is not the main content of the subject. Thanks for sharing this idea. |

My thoughts are, if it would be possible to return on a day in which there is a great sky, I would definitely do it.... however this was a cruise on Eastern Europe going from Bucharest to the Black Sea and somehow I believe that the ship would not wait an extra day for me to get the perfect sky...

Thanks for asking Stephen! It was taken on a cruise in Eastern Europe traveling from Bucharest to the Black Sea taken in 2018. It was wonderful to glide along and catch many wonderful sights you would never see traveling along the roads in a bus. |

Bogdan, these falls were definitely worth the effort to find and capture them! They are greatly enhanced by your long shutter speed milky effect. The colors of the rock and the water pooled in front are lovely. I do feel some of the beautiful details behind the falls is missing because they are too dark. I worked a bit on bringing them out with the levels adjustment as well as curves. I have also taken the liberty of changing the crop and adding a vignette. What do you think? |

Great idea to use what was there and eliminate what was not needed to help tell your story. Image is sharp and the angle of the plane adds to our sense of "risky". I feel you have a good beginning but would to work further to make it a stronger image. I've adjusted the Levels to help bring out the details in the shrubbery and then increased the saturation of the reds to enhance the orange markings on the plane. I also think you need to work more on getting rid of elements (like to pole) to make the image more believable. |

Joan, this is hands down, a magical place! I can not believe the beautiful colors, the lines and the great composition. You truly captured a story that will be long remembered. I am amazed that you took this with your iPhone. Can you tell us what program did you used for editing? Did you add a bit of texture to it? |
